NEW HAVEN, CONN. – The Thomas Jefferson University women's soccer team is honored with their third straight Central Athletic Collegiate Conference (CACC) award winners, taking the Rookie of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week nominations for the Rams. ALEXA CALLAHAN – ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Callahan earns her second Rookie of the Week honors during the season as the Rams were recognized with their third straight winner of the award. She had her first career collegiate hat trick this week as she scored three goals against CACC opponent Post University in a 5-0 win over the Eagles. Callahan scored in the 9th, 48^th, and 59th minute of the game.
 
CARLY YEAGER – DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Yeager is recognized with her first Defensive Player of the Week award this year, with this nomination being the second of her career. She played 60 minutes in the game, helping the Rams only allow six shots on the day and two at the goal. Yeager helped Jefferson secure their third consecutive shutout of the season.
