GREENWOOD, IN – Thomas Jefferson University placed 12 soccer players on the College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District Team announced on November 19.

Mohamed Elhendawy, Mateo Infante, David Bollmann, Marco Senatore, Imran Sekagya, and Liam Stijelja were recognized for the men's team while Nikki Dedes, Carly Yeager, Gianna Garozzo, Jeena Pressley, Liv Riddel, and Kyra Lesko get the nod for the women's team. This is second time earning CSC All-District team honors for Senatore, Yeager, Pressley, and Riddel.
 
To be eligible for Academic All-District accolades, student-athletes must be in at least their second year at their institution, appear in 90 percent of their team's contests or started in 66% of teams total games played, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or better. Each institution is capped at six honorees per gender.
 
Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced on December 10 for men and December 11 for women.
