SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (Oct. 27, 2026) – Junior Brooklyn Millard (Aurora, Ohio / Aurora / University of Toledo) earned a share of individual medalist honors, capping a fall season for the history books while the Thomas Jefferson University women's golf team wrapped up its fall schedule at the PGA HOPE Collegiate, hosted at Springfield Country Club.
Jefferson finished fifth in the nine-team field with a 36-hole total of 640 (+64). The Rams opened the tournament with a 317 (+29), good enough to hold a one-stroke lead following the first round. Millard found herself at the center of Jefferson's fast start and once again led the way for the Rams, finishing tied atop the individual leaderboard at a six-over 150. She shared medalist honors as a result, and finished two strokes ahead of a group tied for third.
The result capped a dominant and consistent first fall season at Jefferson for Millard. The junior finished first or tied for first at the Vulcan Invitational, TJU Fall Invitational, NE10 Championship and PGA HOPE Collegiate, while adding a runner-up finish at the Barton Fall Intercollegiate. Her addition, along with several others, fellow transfer Cami Beuret (Porrentruy, Switzerland Sotogrande International School / Eastern Kentucky University) among them, helped Jefferson nearly jump to the top of the NE10 in what marked an incredible turnaround for the women's golf team, nonetheless.
Jefferson entered Tuesday's final round atop a tightly packed team leaderboard. Beuret rounded out the Top 5 individuals at +9, while freshman Sophia Meyer (Brambleton, Va. / Independence), senior Alex King (Scranton, Pa. / Scranton) and freshman Anna Firko (Wilmington, Del. / Concord) rounded out Jefferson's own Top 5 finishers.
Head Coach Nick Nguyen and the Rams will return in the spring for a handful of tournament to round out the 2026-27 men's golf season.
