NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Thomas Jefferson University men's basketball had an All-Conference player and yearly award winner from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC), announced on Wednesday afternoon. Jahmare Memphis was named CACC Rookie of the Year while Jeremiah Dorsey made the All-CACC First Team squad.
 
Memphis gives the Rams their sixth CACC Rookie of the Year winner and first since 2021-2022. He appeared in all 28 games for Jefferson, starting in the final 10 for the Rams. Memphis averaged 10.3 points-per-game (ppg) on the year with majority of his work coming late February. Memphis scored 20+ points in five straight contests, earning a career-high three times during that timeframe. He shot 48.6% on the floor and 38.8% from beyond the arc. He is a four-time CACC Rookie of the Week winner and one-time CACC Player of the Week honoree.
 
Dorsey earns his first All-Conference honors in his career as he started in 22 of the 23 games he participated in. He led the team with 16.6 ppg, 91 assists, and 68 steals this season. Dorsey has scored 20+ points nine times this season while having 11 games with 5+ assists and 4+ steals nine times. He was named CACC Player of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week one time each.
