Philadelphia, PA- The Philadelphia University volleyball team (18-2, 8-1 CACC) went on the offensive from the get-go in a 3-0 win over Lincoln University (6-15, 3-2 CIAA) on Saturday afternoon. 

Set scores were: 25-6, 25-10 and 25-8.

Senior right-side hitter Nicole Berkstresser (Bridgewater, NJ/ Raritan-Bridgewater) led her squad with 10 kills, while senior defensive specialist Cindy Adams (Fleetwood, PA/ Fleetwood) had seven kills, eight digs and three service aces on the day.

PhilaU junior setter Lauren Hoover (New Baltimore, MI/ Anchor Bay) added 15 assists and a dig in the win.

The Lady Rams travel to Philadelphia rival Chestnut Hill College on Monday (10/5) for a 7 p.m. showdown.
