Kemkeng Takes CACC Co-Player of the Week
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Thomas Jefferson University men's basketball senior
Antonin Kemkeng earned himself an award as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) announced their weekly award winners for competition that ran from January 15-21 this afternoon. Kemkeng was named the Co-Player of the Week.

Kemkeng takes his first weekly award of the season and second for the Rams this year as well, the second consecutive nomination for Jefferson in as many weeks. This is the second award for Kemkeng in his career, the first time he was recognized was as Player of the Week on November 22, 2021. He started the week off with 20 points and 11 rebounds in Jefferson's 99-78 victory at Goldey-Beacom College. Kemkeng then followed that with a career-high 30 points while grabbing seven rebounds, dishing out 2 assists, and having a block and steal in the Ram's 77-61 win over #23/11 Post University. Kemkeng averaged 25.0 points-per-game, was 22-of-27 on the floor (81.5 field goal percentage), 9.0 rebounds-per-game, and three blocks on the week.
Kemkeng will look to continue to help Jefferson earn their third straight win as the Rams will host Holy Family University this Tuesday, January 23 at 8 p.m. in CACC South Division competition.
