Timko Earns Second CACC Co-Player of the Week Nod

Erik Timko takes his second Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Co-Player of the Week honors for competition that ran through January 22-28 as announced by the conference this afternoon.

Timko earns his second CACC weekly award this season and third for Jefferson this year. This is Timko's 14
th CACC weekly nomination of his career. Timko scored 45 points and was shooting 61.9% on the floor as the Rams went 2-0 on the week. He began the week by scoring 25 points while shooting 6-of-12, 3-6 from beyond the arc, and 10-13 on the free throw line in Jefferson's 88-82 thriller over Holy Family. Timko also had 4 assists, 2 rebounds, and 2 steals against the Tigers. He then followed that up with a 20-point performance, going 7-of-9 in shots, 3-4 from beyond the arc, 3 steals, and 3 rebounds in the Ram's 93-74 non-conference win against Dominican. Timko averaged 22.5 ppg, 61.9% shooting percentage, 60% from three, 3.5 apg, and 2.5 rpg.
Timko will join the Rams this weekend when they travel on the road to take on Felician University in CACC action on Saturday, February 3
