Men's Soccer Ties with Holy Family
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Thomas Jefferson University men's soccer (4-4-3, 2-1-3) goes down the highway this Tuesday evening as they compete in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action against Holy Family University (3-5-1, 2-2-1). The Rams went scoreless with the Tigers, ending the match in a 0-0 tie.
WHAT HAPPENED
- The first half saw neither team capitalize on scoring a goal with a defensive effort by the Rams and the Tigers
- Seven total shots were taken between both teams in the first half, with Jefferson taking four of them
- The second half had it's share of opportunities for both teams, with the Tigers missing on a floater goal and the Rams open field opportunity snuffed out by the Holy Family defense
- This is the third tie in four games for the Rams while being the third straight in conference
