Spratt Takes Home Second Player of the Week Honors

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Thomas Jefferson University women's basketball junior Emily Spratt caps off her best performances in her career by being named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player of the Week for competition that ran through January 12-18, as announced by the conference office this afternoon. 

EMILY SPRATT – PLAYER OF THE WEEK 
Spratt earns her second weekly award this season and in her career while giving the team their fourth award winner on the season. Spratt averaged 28.5 ppg this week while shooting 60% on the floor to help Jefferson go 2-0 in their CACC contests. She began with a career-high 31 points on 14-of-24 shooting while adding 10 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 steals in the Rams 73-51 win against Goldey-Beacom. Spratt followed it up with her second career-best in points scored with 26 as she registered 5 rebounds, 5 steals, and 4 assists in Jefferson's 61-44 victory against Dominican (N.Y.).
