Ammerlaan Wins Second Straight Goalkeeper of the Year Award; Seven Rams Named to CACC All-Conference Team 


NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Thomas Jefferson University had seven of their women's lacrosse players named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) All-Conference Tteam this afternoon by the conference office, with one athlete earning yearly award recognition. Kalyn Ammerlaan garnered her second CACC Goalkeeper of the Year award while making the All-CACC First Team alongside Meaghan Avanzato, Iris Gluck, Audrey Cashin, and Ava Sztenderowicz with Reagan Rogers and Lilly Lutz making the Second Team.

KALYN AMMERLAAN – GOALKEEPER OF THE YEAR AND ALL-CACC FIRST TEAM 
Ammerlaan receives her second consecutive Goalkeeper of the Year recognition after earning that distinction in 2025. She receives her third All-Conference Team honors, with this being her second All-First Team recognition as she was named to the First Team last year as well as making the Second Team back in 2024. Ammerlaan made all 17 starts for the Rams this season, going 12-4 as she recorded 119 saves on the year with a .520 save percentage (5th in Division II) and a 6.82 goals-against-average (6th in the nation). She helped the team rank 5th in the nation in save percentage with .533 on the year. The Branchburg, N.J. native has six contests with 10+ saves and six with six or fewer goals allowed, including a shutout over Caldwell. Ammerlaan reached the 300 career save mark this year as she is at 380 through her time at Jefferson. The junior goalkeeper has been named CACC Goalkeeper of the Week twice this season, with three appearances on the CACC Honor Roll. 

MEAGHAN AVANZATO – ALL-CACC FIRST TEAM 
Avanzato secures her first CACC All-Conference honors in her career. The senior attacker had career highs in goals (31) and points (35) in her 17 starts for the Rams. The Lake Grove, N.Y. native had nine multi-goal games with three of them seeing Avanzato making four of her shots in the back of the net. She has four game-winning goals on the year as well. 

IRIS GLUCK – ALL-CACC FIRST TEAM 
Gluck makes her fourth All-Conference Team in her career with this being the first time the Coopersburg, Pa. native making the First Team as she earned Second Team honors the past three seasons. She is tied for first on the team and 6th in the conference with 46 goals and 2.71 goals per game while being second in the CACC in ground balls per game, averaging 3.29 per game. Gluck leads the team with 75 points and 30 draw controls while being second in caused turnovers with 31. The senior reached the career milestone of 100 points and 100 goals this season. Gluck was named CACC Defensive Player of the Week once while she made the CACC Honor Roll seven times. 

AUDREY CASHIN – ALL-CACC FIRST TEAM 
Cashin garners her second straight All-CACC First Team honors in her 17 apperances, making 16 starts for the Rams. She led the team with 31 caused turnovers while tying for fourth in ground balls, securing 34 of them on the year. The senior helped anchor a defense that leads the conference and is 10th in the nation in caused turnovers per game, averaging 12.65 on the season. The Mount Laurel, N.J. native is fourth in the CACC with 1.82 caused turnovers per game.  

AVA SZTENDEROWICZ – ALL-CACC FIRST TEAM 
Sztenderowicz makes her first All-Conference honors, receiving First Team honors as a freshman. She has made all 17 starts for Jefferson, being second on the squad in ground balls (37) and fourth in caused turnovers (22) while scoring three goals and adding two assists. The Cinnaminson, N.J. native is a part of a defense that ranks 7th in the NCAA in Scoring Defense as they average 6.65 per game. 

REAGAN ROGERS – ALL-CACC SECOND TEAM 
Rogers makes her first All-Conference Team in her career, earning Second Team recognition this season as she scored 46 goals this season with a 2.71 goals per game average, tying her first on the team and 6th in the CACC. She dished out 12 assists to accumulate 58 points on the year. The Louisville, Ky. Native has 14 multi-goal contests, including an 8-goal performance against Neumann University. The junior has made the CACC Honor Roll three times this season. 

LILLY LUTZ – ALL-CACC SECOND TEAM 
Lutz joins her teammates on the All-Conference Team, her first time reciving this distinction in her career. She leads the team 37 assists, averaging 2.18 per game, putting her fourth in the conference in her 17 starts for the Rams. The junior has 24 goals on the year, putting her at 61 points this season. Lutz hit the 100-point career milestone this season. The Phoenix, Md. native six multi-goal games and 10 multi-assist contests, including dishing out 5 assists in two matches. Lutz received CACC Honor Roll recognition this season.
