Cleveland Smith was a star on the Philadelphia University men’s basketball team from 1963 until 1967. Smith owns the record for most points in a single game (54), most rebounds in a single game (40), most rebounds in a single season (467 in 1965-66) and career rebounds (1,673).

Smith scored 1,673 points which in 12th on the Philadelphia University all-time list. He helped the Rams amass 83 wins in four seasons.
